Vicky from the Les Nereides Paddington store was incredibly helpful and made my day! I wasn't able to get through to another store, so she went above and beyond to call up this store, find the pair of earrings I was after, then promptly called me back and told me they were on hold for me. Thankyou Vicky! Best experience ever!

A wonderful shopping experience. They have something to suit every budget. I’ve started collecting special little pieces, the workmanship and imagination are little pieces of art. How whimsical and wonderful are these gifts for that special someone.

Les Nereides put the wrong address on my package. I double checked my order notification that was emailed to me, it showed number 22. They wrote number 33 on my parcel, so it failed to deliver. Luckily my street is short, and doesn't have 33 houses, otherwise someone else would have gotten my jewelery for free. I sent photos of the packages for proof to Les Nereides customer support, and received no response. Very very disappointed. They are my partners favourite jewelry designer, but I doubt I'll consider buying another gift from here after this experience.

Beyond disappointing!!Purchased a braclette and after 3 days it began to tarnish even though I followed all care instructions. The store has ignored every attempt of mine to resolve this issue within the exchange dates. The lady who I believe is the manager told me the item I purchased had a 1 year warranty, at the bottom of the receipt it says warranty excludes sale items. Waste of money

Pretty costume jewellery but very pricey. Defects under warranty are sent to France for assessment and repair. This usually takes 3 to 4 months before you will get it back.

Pretty but poor quality products - arms on my mini pas de deux ring cracked within a few hours of wear. 'Adjustable' ring does not retain any adjustment and slides off my finger constantly making it pretty much unwearable. Maroussia's service (and the way she speaks to her colleagues) is shocking.

Amazing customer service! We lost a piece to jewellery that had been purchased in Europe and couldn't find a similar piece anywhere. When the staff came across one a few months later they got in touch and arranged to ship it to NZ. Really grateful for all the help!
