Exceptionally well run & with constant checking changeable weather conditions. Hence I did not get caught in heavy down pours & conditions for photography were the best mother nature had to offer.Safety was paramount as tour was in rugged terrain located in Blue Mountains National park.

I had a great tour about Jay during a difficult time because of Covid-19 pandemic. Everything was very safe according to the regulations that Jay had prepared for the trip. I had a great day when Jay show me the most beautiful waterfalls of Blue Mountain. I actually learned a lot of things that Jay shared with me. Really recommend for anyone who wants to explore Blue mountain!

Jay’s Astrophotography course was amazing I had a great time learning, he provided a safe and fun space to learn Astro. I would highly recommend this course to anyone thinking about trying out Astrophotography. I came away with so much more knowledge and confidence in my shots and will definitely do more of Jays courses in the future.

I did a three day Blue Mountains photography trip with Jaydid Photo and the entire three days was a fantastic experience. Jay is an excellent tour guide and has extensive photography knowledge he is constantly willing to share. The flexibility to manage our needs and physical capabilities was much appreciated. The plans also had to change at a moments notice due to changing weather conditions which is a reflection on his guiding expertise. There was no shortage of places to visit to capture different scenes and Jay knew all the best places based on various weather conditions. The local knowledge shared was fascinating to hear. Any of his tours are highly recommended.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience attending the Wonder of Waterfalls Blue Mountains Workshop. Jay's in-depth knowledge of the area allowed us to get to some amazing locations and photograph a variety of different waterfalls within the day. The passion Jay has for photography is evidenced in his teaching and he shared his knowledge freely whether it be about the Sony camera system, in-field composition and camera techniques or post processing workflow and tips. I encourage anyone considering doing a workshop with him to do it without any hesitation. I am looking forward to doing another workshop in the near future!

Jay is a professional photographer, very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. His passion for photography and knowledge of the Blue Mountains area and its secrets have made the waterfalls photography tour an unforgettable experience, I've learnt about the long exposure techniques, composition, understanding the surrounding environment, the weather and their impacts on taking nice shots, fine details that can make a big difference.I would definitely recommend Jay for anyone who would like to make progress in photography, Thanks Jay!

Jay was extremely giving of his time and you could tell that he was focused on us getting the most benefit out of the astro workshop. For a novice I have certainly walked away with the knowledge to keep exploring astro photography. I would definitely recommend Jay and his workshops - you won't regret learning from Jay.
