Arranged a Christmas hamper from Sydney for family in Perth. Saw Macarthur had a store in Perth and thought product would arrive promptly and fresh from Perth locality. Strangely last 2 Christmas arrangements both departed from NSW Central Coast and took almost a month. A bit weird and late, I thought, but products were terrific as expected.
