Great service as usual

Came here to do our tax return last minute. Was good experience and out come. Ladie was very nice to work with. We filled out form with our bank account details & new address. Get text from ATO saying funds we be deposited in 3 days then get a another text on the day of deposit saying funds can’t be deposited as account number incorrect.Get a phone call from Logan. central HnR block (who we been to in past years) saying Waterford office never updated our new Bank account or address details from the form we filled out and used old details on system from previous years.Now I have no idea when I’m getting my tax return. Was banking on getting it yesterday

Contrary to a previous review, I've been seeing Melissa for 6 years now, and every year, she has maximised my tax return, making sure I claimed things, that I didn't even know I could claim for tax.

DON'T NOT COME HERE!! Melissa has no idea what she is doing!!!! This place a JOKE!!!! They DO NOT deserve 1 star
