Chao Catering looked after us at the launch of my new novel, The Signatory. They did a brilliant job - the food and the service both wonderful.

I was very happy with Chao Catering who managed our anniversary party. All the guests commented favourably on the food and Emma and her team were very professional and they left our kitchen in a very clean state . I would highly recommend them.

We have used Chao Catering for our wedding, and it was such a wonderful experience! Emma and Jessica have been so lovely and helpful!1. The food is great! I had many feedbacks from my guests that the food was amazing, and I know Emma and Jessica has worked out the way and timing to make sure the food is served at the right way and at the right time.2. The service before the wedding is professional. Jessica has made sure we have went through every detail that I didn’t think about and provided many options for me choose from and worked with our budget. It’s was a relief for me knowing someone is taking good care of this big part of the wedding!3. The service during the wedding is also wonderful. The staff at the wedding were helpful, lovely, and patient. They have also cleaned up, packed up and helped my guests to take away the left over food.It was such a pleasure to have Chao Catering, and I am so happy that everything turned out great and guests were happy too!Thank you!

We recently used Chao Catering for our wedding dinner and they were absolutely amazing!Jessica assisted me from start to finish in planning a two course buffet style banquet for 100+ guests. She was quick to respond to all emails and nothing was too hard to achieve when it came to catering for our guests many dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free.The staff at the buffet ensured everything ran super smoothly on the big day and all guests were able to be seated and enjoying their meals with minimal wait time. I also received many compliments on how tasty the food was!I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chao Catering to anyone planning an event, big or small.

Jessica from Chao Catering was so wonderful to work with!!My mum passed away unexpectedly and I needed to find a caterer urgently and last minute. Jessica was super responsive and helpful. I am soooo appreciative that they were able to accommodate my urgent request and even handled my last minute, night before request to increase the quantity of my order.The order arrived on time and was packed beautifully!!They made a hard day just that little bit easier for me. Jess and team did a fantastic job for my wife's surprise party. She was responsive in the lead up, giving menu suggestions to fit a budget, as well as allowing me to customise items and quantities. She went into specifics, even asking for kitchen, dining, and oven layouts so that the day would run smoothly. The cuising was vietnamese - consisting of a mix of entrees (rice paper rolls, spring rolls, bao), main dishes (chicken fillet, fired rice, stir fry veg), and kids menu (friend rice, spring rolls). All feedback from a guests was positive. The team were punctual on the day, and ensured the food was served nicely and cleanup was seamless. The food presented beautifully. Thank you.

We had Emma and her team from Chao Catering host a 70 person 21st sit down dinner at our home. The food and service were outstanding. I have no reservations in recommending. We will definitely use them again.
