Jumbo's Party Hire

We have hired from Jumbos party hire for many years for many different functions, most recently our engagement party. I loved the range of products and colours, the professional service and flexible delivery (they even let me pick up a few things early which was lovely of them). It was very affordable and I will be booking my wedding ceremony set up through them later on next year, they have a lovely wedding show room located in the store as well :) thanks guys

I hired fold up chairs for a high tea and they were extremely unclean. Dirty marks and covered in dust. I had to spend over an hour cleaning them so that they were acceptable. I emailed photos to the manager. She begrudgingly refunded me $32 for the cleaning time, whilst rudely defending that the chairs were fine and were for outdoor use. Beware if your event is formal and you require a decent level of cleanliness from the equipment hired here.

Don't go anywhere else!! we recently hired a lot of things for a recent 40th party, they were fantastic, extremely flexible and the quality of their party hire things are immaculate. highly recommend. Thanks again

Great service for event hire

Used 'Jumbo Party Hire' for my sons 18th! Great service & equipment and suggestions by the staff there. Was able to pick the equipment early & drop off when it was convenient for me. Great selection of hire equipment & friendly staff !! Will be using them in the future for sure.

Excellent service , great owners , would recommend to others

Avoid this company at all costs!!!!Do not use Jumbo's Party Hire. They are very dishonest and did not take responsibility for damages they caused to our property. We hired a huge range of equipment from them. When they delivered their hire equipment and were unloading it from their truck they damaged our brick pier and hardifence. Whilst unloading the tables they leant 5-6 solid very heavy round tables up against our brick pier which caused it to collapse. The delivery guys apologised and said they should not have leaned so many tables onto our pier as they were too heavy and it was their fault. They called the owner who said to tell us not to worry that they had insurance and they would take responsibility for the cost of repairs. When I called the office to try and sort this out with them they were very rude and tried to deny the damaged was caused by them (we even had witnesses). They would not even come out to see the damage that was done. After many calls and emails with them, It turned out that their insurance did not cover this sort of damage and they did not want to pay for the damages. Think carefully before you make the decision to use this hire company.
