Well looked after store. I've visited a lot of op shops in my time and seen trashy ones, but this one was well kept and tidy. Staff were lovely too.If you like craft stuff, there wasn't much here when i went. Manchester was also folded and packaged in plastic which keeps the shelves neat, but i prefer them hanging so i can see their pattern and quality better.

Lovley shop with some reasonably priced items, biggest negative is the two larger guys I've met on occasions when making donations, they have a serious attitude problem and are put out if you donate items that then need to be sorted. I.e a bag with mixed items. No thanks just disgruntled huffing and puffing. They may be volunteering but manners cost nothing.

Lovely shop with large range of items. I spoke with one staff member who was very lovely and completely agreed with me. Spoke with another staff member (apparently a manager) who was quite rude and just brushed it off.The problem with this shop is they appear to have forgotten they are an opportunity shop, not some brand label on Hollywood Boulevard. I have worked at vinnies for many years on and off and we always had a price list which we stuck to regardless of the brand. I came across a large number of items which were very expensive for second hand clothing (think $30-$40 for used dresses which brand new would have been $40-$50). Then the big shocker..... a review dress, complete with stains on the skirt, makeup on the neckline, ripped seams and loose threads all over.... for $80... yep you read that right!! I actually bought this same dress from review when it was released a few years back, and I paid $90 brand new!! When I raised it the cashier was shocked to see such an expensive price but the manager said, its expensive because its review but that she would have a chat with the pricing people"

Cranbourne sells furniture but doesn’t take furniture,why is the management so uneducated,how can you sell it& not accept it.

Everyone is lovely,and always great for puzzles,Prices are too high now, say they count the puzzles, buy why am I getting ones missing 1piece all the time and the price is the same, Singlets cost way too much and tshirts, can go to kmart and get brand new for 3bucks

Terrible customer service. Had beaten up old items overpriced and marked at brand new prices. Even items they had sitting on the shelves for 6months they wouldn’t consider lowering the price on at all, despite it being overpriced to start with. Management should perhaps take a look at their pricing style and think perhaps they’d move more stock if they were slightly more flexible.Would not come back. Salvos on the other hand we’re far more reasonable with their pricing and customer service was a dream!

Great place to shop and they have huge collections as well. Also, I like that they have 3 fitting rooms!

Nice staff; nice and varied quality 2nd hand goods. I have purchased from this store for over 8 years. Very clean and neatly organised retail area. Also convenient dropping off receival facilty separate from the shop.

Vinnie's appreciate the goods that I donate, they don't throw out 90% of what you donate like Salvo,s do..Sale prices are reasonable too if your a buyer..I had quite a few bad experiences whilst trying to donate good new clothes at Salvo store in Cranbourne Nth, especially when I discovered most of my donations ended up in the dumpster.... just disgusted I was..I was in Salvo store a few days ago, all you could hear is the staff in the back room smashing things that were kindly donated by genuine public being smashed in the bins..

I have donated several times to this store. Volunteers have always been friendly. The store needs to update closing times on Google. States 5pm. This is not entirely correct! The shop might close at 5pm. However, apparently it's 4.30pm for donations. This needs to be clearly stated on the Google maps page. Annoyed when I arrived prior to 5pm to deliver donations only to be informed that the donations section of the store was closed. Please update your page with the correct closing times.
