Every now and then you will find a decently priced item, but overall fairly overpriced and volunteers need training in customer service and a serious attitude adjustment (excluding the guy who greets you at the door, he is super duper nice). For some reason on our last visit the checkout lady was writing down the brands people were buying….maybe so they can research them and further rip off customers.

I visited your store today with my son today. I was approached by an elderly volunteer in a button up shirt who was very rude. I asked her do you want me to leave? I did not hear her response as by this stage I was very upset and just wanted to leave. Need to train staff on how to talk to people. I will not be coming back to this store.

Huge store with big range of all sorts. Homewares and clothes are the best of it. Big car park aswell which lets you not worry about finding a park even at Christmas. Also has 2 Vinnies donation bins at the front, that are hard to find these days. Ive had mostly good staff experiences. Nice and clean and very well organised. A must to visit in the op shop world.

One of the staff members in the store did not recognise a volunteer who she then treated a little rudely. A man came in soon after to drop off some items and was looking for a chat. She was quite abrupt with this man too. The store was not busy and there were other workers about. I felt quite sad and decided to leave.

Ladies clothing quite over priced and not checked thoroughly for stains etc. Kids clothing regular opshop prices though. Staff not very friendly and quite loud discussing what they had put aside for themselves. Not a welcoming store.

The place is well set ou and everything is easy to find. The staff are friendly and efficient. I purchased 5 hand bags including 1 Cellini bag for $25 in total. All in great condition - these are for homeless women via Share the Dignity charity. Very happy.

This store has been here for years I think. I have visited it on many occasions. For a mid size store it has quite a good range of EVERYTHING. But as usual more ladieswear than anything else. Although the men's section was quite well stocked. Ladieswear was well sorted into individual sizing which was good to see.Plenty of parking onsite as it is part of a shopping complex.Pricing is run of the mill chain op shop pricing, having said that though there was some good bargains to be found if you were willing to look. They have a good range of glassware & kitchenware. The shop is clean & well set out unfortunately the day I visited they had all these boxes of rta furniture or something I think & while they weren't in the way, it did make the shop look cluttered

It is worth visiting this op shop once a week just to see what they have new. Every week is new. I remember once they had a pure leather compendium. Another time some rm Williams trousers for ten dollars and so Levi's jeans for the same price. Everything is marked perfect. Because of my degree in ancient history that I am studying I have picked up some great books. A couple of wallets. This suit that fits perfectly!! 20 bucks. Do recommend. And of course the volunteers are lovely.

I make toys and art from recycled fabrics, so every time that I'm in the area I'll stop by and pick up between $30-100 worth of bits and pieces that are made from interesting fabrics.Of course I make sure to check tags and keep track of what I expect my total purchase to be, but I've noticed on more than one occasion that my total is significantly higher than I calculated it would be, with the tags removed before handing over the receipt so I cannot then go back and double-check. :/Whether you believe someone is reselling secondhand clothing or not, seeing a customer contribute 'more than usual' to a charity organization is not a good reason to be rude (which seems to be an increasing trend amongst many thrift stores.)

This Vinnies is very large and always have a great selection of clothes! Everything is well organised by sizing which makes it easy to find. I've never left empty handed! The volunteers are really lovely and helpful. You can only try on 3 items of clothing at once if there's a line up. Worth a visit!
