Katrivesis Dina Dr

Finally remembered and have time to write this review. I'm never going back to this clinic.All was good with cleaning etc with Dr. Dina. Very friendly. But did one major filling mid 2017 on my bottom left molars (after insurance rebate still cost out of pocket of AUD500+). Dr. Dina had to get rid of the old filling and put in new ones. Went back to her 2 weeks later, as the molars felt sensitive when i bite down. Waited more than 45mins to have her husband check on my molars. His solution: reducing the height of the filling to the extent that my top molars aren't able to touch the bottom molars aka. I wont be able to put pressure on the bottom molars with my top molars. But if I need to chew with my left molars, pressure on my bottom molars is inevitable!!!He too gave me a tube of professional Colgate to reduce sensitivity and I was told twice (I double confirmed one more time, without believing what i heard) that there is nothing else they could do (Dr Dina was there too). I was so dumbfounded and disappointed. To date, I still haven't been able to chew on the left side because it's so sensitive that it hurts. Haven't gone back to them since and are never going back to them. Wished I haven't done that procedure with them, as the molars were not sensitive at all before the procedure.

Dina has been my dentist for the last 15 years or so. She's great! I feel that she is honest about the work that is required and provides helpful tips to educate patients about taking care of their teeth. I'd had many fillings previously and felt that I just had bad teeth that were difficult to look after. With Dina's help and suggestions my dental afflictions have been minimal over the last 15 years. I now take my children to see her and I have every confidence in her work. She is also a delight to catch up with when we have our appointments.

I highly recommend this dental practice. They are caring, considerate and professional in all they do. I have had general dentistry and braces and Dina, Dennis, Peter and staff have done an exemplary job to ensure my dental health.

Dina and Dennis have been my dentists for decades now and the service they provide has never been anything less than outstanding.
