Maple Ridge Cottages

What can I say really you are better to experience it for yourself, located in picturesque countryside Kate and Adrian’s place is so warm and welcoming. If you want to take a walk around, sit and relax in front of the fire with a wine or sit on the balcony and take in the serenity of the rolling hills this was a great stay to just relax and unwind. Will be back definitely!

We loved our stay. From the moment our bags hit the floor of Acacia Cottage we were in full relaxation mode. The provision of the hotplate was a great idea as we were able to make our own dinner and not have to worry about driving any further that evening.The wood fire was just the right size for the room and we slept blissfully: cosy, warm, and snug.Kate and Adrian are wonderful hosts and Kate was happy to talk Persian sheep with me and now I want one!Everything was just right and nothing marred our short stay. We will most definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed for three nights. The cottage (Acacia) was perfect for a couple. The room was clean and well furnished with every appliance you need to cook. Kate and Adrian were amazing hosts - friendly and welcoming. The views were amazing. There was a great atmosphere. The place is very central to various other places of interest- the beach, breweries, restaurants and cafes. Can’t recommend the place enough.

My partner and I had the most wonderful relaxing stay at Maple Ridge Cottages for 3 nights.The cottage was stunning and oh so homely with everything we needed (and so much more!). It was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. And that’s just the inside! Outside, we had the luxury of walking through immaculately cared for gardens and being entertained by the sheep and alpacas. The pond was like an oasis, and my favourite part was the ducks nest/shelter in the middle of it! I was very envious of the trees, flowers and even the new veggie patch. Not to mention those breathtaking views!It was a slice of paradise and we can’t wait to come back and explore even more.Thank you for allowing us to share your slice of paradise with us!

Absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean with everything we needed, weather wasn't the best but didn't matter, we met Kate and Adrian and they are very nice people, pleasant to talk to and very helpful, we would definitely stay there again and we highly recommend anyone to stay there.

My wife and I could not fault our 3 night getaway at Maple Ridge Cottages.We stayed in the Calistemon Cottage and we were extremely pleased with the styling and cleanliness of the accomodations.Outside the view from the deck was amazing where were able to sit in the evening and watch the sunset.The serenity of the neat gardens with plenty of seating around the fire pit or under a tree near the pond to relax were also a feature.We swam each day in the pool with the water temperature just right.Location wise we found it to be the perfect place to venture to Leongatha, Mirboo North , Foster, Meeniyan and of course Wilson's PromThe bakery at Meeniyan is a must visit!Our hosts and Kate and Adrian were very friendly and helpful and we cannot speak highly enough of the amazing work that they have put into making the property a great place to stay.Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Had a fantastic stay with these guys.Cottages had great views and were clean, well appointed and usable. Bathtub with a view!Make sure to read the entire laundry list of rules while you stay.Definitely recommend very highly.

This was a wonderful and beautiful place to stay. Kate and Adrian were extremely welcoming and were very helpful with local knowledge of places to visit.The cottage was well equiped, very clean and bed was very comfortable and we had the most wonderful relaxing nights sleeps.The grounds and views were fantastic with beautiful sunsets & even the chickens were friendly. You can just stay and enjoy the cottage & the grounds without having to explore the local area, for a relaxing time away.We loved our stay and will definitely be back again.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay.Waratah cottage is totally wheelchair accessible. Bathroom wheel in shower with fold down seat. Rails next to the toilet.Each cottage has two bedrooms ,two bathrooms,air conditioning,self catering with every concievable item you need.Dishwasher.A verandah overlooking the Gippland hills.A peaceful haven.

Kate & Adrian’s place is absolutely stunning. The cottage that we stayed in was perfect, including: a bath with jets, comfortable bed, cute kitchen, chilled lounge area (we did not use this much as the terrace was the place to be and watch their goats, sheep, llamas from). There’s a beautiful pond to read a book by, outdoor BBQ to make your best locally bought steak on and a pool to cool down on a hot day. The property has many nice thoughtful touches, is well taken care of and the cottage was superbly clean.Highly recommended stay and excellent overall experience.
