I bought 2 hampers for Father's Day gifts this year and was delighted with everything, starting with the easy to order online system, followed by some very helpful suggestions of other changes they could make to accommodate my needs. Bianca was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was happy with everything I ordered, she is so lovely. Bevan was also equally accommodating to my delivery time request. All in all they are a extremely professional, accommodating and friendly business. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them for any gift occasion.

Highly recommend! Bianca was lovely and extremely helpful, ensuring we had the perfect gift, amending to suit our needs. The recipient was thrilled with the hamper and also with how beautifully it was presented. I could not recommend Bianca and her hampers more. We have had her send two hampers now (we live internationally) and she couldn't have been more accommodating and flexible with what was in the hamper to be sent. The whole process was easy and handled with warmth and so efficient - within 2 hours, my order was on it's way to a very grateful recipient (who has raved about the hamper). I recently placed an order with Gifted Hampers.As I ordered late on a Friday afternoon I missed the cut off for delivery on the Monday...One quick call to Bianca and that was all sorted.Bianca was so helpful, she offered to personally deliver the hamper herself even though it was a one hour round trip for her.Not to mention the hamper was absolutely stunning and worth every cent.Thank you Bianca, your attention to detail and caring customer service is appreciated.
