Disappointing as this is a brand new establishment. Room booked a d given key. Then staff member entre my room unannounced lucky I wasn't naked. To explain we had to be move as room wasn't cleaned. Paid 180. A night for a very basic room..

I purchase subway frequently but this subway was terrible due to the male worker. He kept putting the wrong things on the sub and then proceeded to tell me the names of the ingredients like I was saying the wrong thing (I wasn’t). He charged me $1.20 extra because I asked for beetroot.

Terrible Subway! Incredibly expensive compared to other franchises and very poor service for the following reasons:I ordered two footlong subs and there was basically a 6-inch worth of cheese provided so I asked the server to please cover the length of the footlong. The server decided to charge me for extra cheese without telling me (I only realised after the payment was made because I took a copy of the tax invoice without them noticing). If you’re going to charge extra for something that should’ve been done correctly in the first place, you should be upfront with the customer.Secondly, they put hardly any salads on the subs. I had to ask multiple times for extra salad and this was still under the minimum quantity compared to other Subways.Thirdly, they charged for a footlong worth of extra meat when I specifically requested a 6-inch worth of salami (again, I only realised after payment was made when reading the tax invoice).Fourthly, they are not upfront at the register when entering in the items and just slap you with the price.Fifthly, it is rude to sweep the floor underneath the table where people are eating (especially when it is not their mess and from the previous customer). Common courtesy is to wait until people have finished eating and to do it when the table is vacant.I hope the service picks-up after this shocker experience and that the two workers learn a thing or two.

They had Neat and hygienic conditions, the food seemed fresh and well prepared and the service was the best. Especially the guy named Angat provided great hospitality.

Used to be good, I gave 5 stars 2 years ago, now not that good. Depends on worker, some great, some awful. If you order a six inch sub, watch you get one made with half a roll, not more like a third of a roll. I walked out when they tried this on me today. Really diappointed.

Very friendly and welcoming workers. Toilets are available. Tables were clean. Very hot day when I called in here, thankfully nice and cool inside.
