Midland Psychology Clinic

I have been attending this clinic and the service provided by John and his team has been great.

I am happy with Midland Phycology and have been attending for a couple of years now and that's a big ask for me as stability is not my strong point. I don't suffer freinds at all as deep trust issues destroy that, seeing John every month is a solid in my life and helps me through things, having that hour per month is somtimes all you need to just connect and know someone is there to listen, cheers John, Matilda & Rocky..

Extremely disappointing. I attended to help with my depression. For context I used to work nights, so I would arrive home at 3am and sleep most of the morning and into the early afternoon. One day I woke up to two messages from the clinic, one at 9am (whilst I was very much asleep) saying I needed to respond by 11am with confirmation that I was going. At 11am I received another text saying that because I hadn’t responded my appointment had been cancelled. I woke up to this at about 2pm. They also cancelled all future appointments as well and I haven’t heard from them since. Wouldn’t recommend if you are seriously depressed, as this nearly pushed me over the edge and I consider myself to be relatively okay. Would give negative stars if possible

John and the practice are absolutely amazing and supported me immensely when I needed help.They are so caring and professional and can’t thank John enough. Can definitely recommend!!
