Small office with great staff. I use to see Matt in the cbd before he started his own practice. The best chiropractor I’ve ever had. I see great results after one adjustment. Highly recommend this practice.

I've been going to Alderley Chiropractic for a few months now on recommendation from an existing client (who has been going for years). And all I can say is WOW. Excellent service and great knowledge. Dr Matt is a friendly practitioner who wants to get you moving better. My body feels amazing after each adjustment. Great chiropractor. He's knows his craft well, and will send you home with exercises to do to alleviate pain and help for easier manipulation. Has great tips on keeping healthy and limber.

I have been seeing Matthew for 5 years for everything from back pain, neck pain, mobility and posture issues as well as just regular maintenance. Every visit leaves me feeling better than I left and Matthew provides a great and effective no nonsense chiropractic service.I have also been seeing MJ for remedial massages for about a year, and she is also amazing. Very skilled, assesses the best treatment option including cupping or needling and offers suggested stretches to help improve flexibility and reduce pain.

Cannot rate this practice highly enough. Matt is attentive and ensures he understands the root of the problem prior to manual manipulation. Matt ensures there is a plan moving forward to not only correct the current issue, but provides tools (exercises) to aid in your recovery and/or overall well-being. Another fact, Matt is punctual - at different chiros I have had to wait over an hour when I've had a booking - That doesn't happen at this well run practice. Jess on reception is professional, friendly and helpful, and you receive an email and text message reminders for your appointment. Also, if massage is required, MJ is an amazing masseuse working at this practice. MJ asks questions before she begins so she understands your ailment, and you feel so relaxed afterwards. You are also able to claim against your Private Health Insurance direct at the practice for chiro and/or massage. Free street parking in Elgin Street and minimal parking under the building.

Matt is a true professional. He has a unique ability to assess and treat. I have used him extensively and have sent many of my clients to see him. As an exercise physiologist at Best Practice Personal Training at Bowen Hills it is good to have people like Matt in my network.
