Move Out Cleaners

They quoted, detailed description of the unit was provided for quote, unit was empty, when they arrived to start they requested another $80 + more. Called another company and they will be providing the service the same day at the rate we were first quoted by Move Out Cleaning. very unprofessional and would not recommend. Was booked in my partners name.

AVOID! We had to take this company to VCAT to be reimbursed for services not rendered - they failed to clean the property, didn't return to clean when asked, and refused to reimburse the cost taken out of our bond. Even refused to pay back the money we paid for the clean - which never took place!! The person that runs this is an absolute horror to deal with! I also suspect that they rip off their cleaners - as they said they would get the cleaner to pay us back. Wow! The company offering the bond back guarantee is responsible for reimbursement, not their employees!

I did move out cleaning with this agent, specially cleaner is horrible. They are very unprofessional and ill mannered. The cleaner doesn’t Listen to what we say. They don’t even clean what their webpage claims. Forget about bond guarantee. They charge for doing nothing. Very much disappointed. Please never go for this company.

Horrible service. The guy called Rashid was supposed to come at 2 pm but came at 10 pm. Took money to clean entire home but did not even vacuum properly. We called him again and he worked for less than 2 hours although he took advance money to work for 4 hours. Even after 2 cleaning jobs I had to clean the floor and walls. Did not get back my bond money. Totally unprofessional. Avoid at all costs

Highly disappointed with this service and do not recommend.1. Disorganised- attended wrong address, so they rescheduled to the next day. Arrived 1 hour late, had to contact them.2. Price- over quoted amount for small residence3. Cleaning- requested thorough job. Spent up to two hours cleaning after them (skipped areas, clearly rushed job). Took before/after photos to show what they had missed and what we had to clean. rude and accused us of making it up despite sending them photos

Waited over an hour for the cleaners to arrive after organising a time a week prior. Post clean I couldn’t inspect as the entry way flooring was wet, when the cleaners had left and we did have a chance to inspect, there were tissues left behind, the oven was unclean and we eventually had to spend an hour cleaning up afterwards.

Worst service. No one knows who runs the place. One nut case Tim and another lady Liz. They contradict each other. Call Kanclean. They say what they do they do what they say. This cleaning service is ultimate joke

This business is a scam. They happily take your money and provide no service. The owners have acknowledged that the clean never occurred, however they refuse to refund the money. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, hard to contact, and the most unethical business I have ever come across. We had to pay $300 compensation to get our bond back because the house was so filthy, and the business owners still refused to at bare minimum give us the refund. Consumer Affairs Victoria are aware of this business, however we encourage anyone else who had a bad experience to contact Consumer Affairs with their concerns. This business should be closed and the people who operate it should be barred from ever running a business. Apart from treating consumers terribly, it appears they also exploit recently arrived migrants from non-english speaking backgrounds and avoid their tax obligations.

I used this company for my bond clean and was thrilled with the results. Even the estate agent commented on what a good job they had done.
