Overall was pretty disappointed with our stay. When checking in we found out that there was a $100 holding fee which we were not previously aware of. The young receptionist was very helpful and understanding about how this would affect us and organised for a quick return. When we book the apartment we were under the impression that we would have an apartment with an ocean view but we got a studio with a pool/carpark view. As we thought we were staying in an apartment we figured there would be an equipped kitchen and bought food to make ourselves (poor uni students). But when we got to the room there was a sign saying that this was one of the unequipped kitchens out of some that are. As we had a stove top we went to reception to ask if we could borrow a pot but was then informed that the stove doesn't actually work. So, we then had to go and buy a microwave container as these weren’t supplied either. Then on our last morning we woke at 8am to the sound of a jackhammer as they were reflooring the room below us but it sounded like it was outside our door. As checkout is 10am I would think that they could wait until this time before making loud noises.

Stayed here with my young fella on our road trip, on the return leg down the coast. Good room, clean and tidy, bed is comfy, bathroom plenty big enough with good shower pressure. Friendly and professional check in. 1 min walk to the water. 2 mins to good fish and chips and ice cream. Enjoyed our 1 night stay.

Apartments very spacious, large balconies and tasteful furnishings. Right over the road from the beach and eateries a stone throw away. Central location, and views spectacular. Pool on site as is laundry within the dual key apartment. Lovely place.

Awesome location for staying in Bundaberg and had what we needed. The room was definitely ready for repairs though. The door was difficult to open from inside and outside and got stuck a few times. Having a self contained unit without any cooking utensils or pans didn't really hit the mark either.

Not very child friendly. School holidays.Children were discouraged from splashing in the pool, mid morning.Reprimanded for wetting toilet at pool. Maybe they should have just peed in the pool?

It's not 5 star but it's clean and beachfront. Need to update lounge suites, the one I had was torn in one spot and pretty worn and not that comfy, but ok for a couple of nights.

Would have been great to know that there was renovations happening on site (very noisy) Rooms were a good size, good range of kitchen appliances for basic meals if you want to cook. Not enough hand rails in the bathroom to cater for the towels (family of 4) and no hand towel rail either. Pool was very cold and it's always windy

Well equipped apartments across from the beach. Coastal village relaxed atmosphere. Great restaurant for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good location for a quiet weekend away. Would highly recommend

Great location and wonderful view of the water from our room. Room was comfortable with all the amenities you would need while on holiday.

the location of the apartments is fantastic across the road from the beach and 2 min walk to cafes and restaurants it has undercover secure parking. Once checked in we found the studio room was very small and the TV and phone didn't work. We were told we could up grade to another room with view and spa we paid the extra only to find there was no spa (just a small bath), no view and the foxel didn't work. There is no access to wifi either. The furnishings in the apartments are very out dated too. Great budget stay but improvements need to be made to justify room prices.
