They are extremely professional and at the same time friendly and personal. They are mindful of all sides of the real estate business and I have had absolutely no problems whatsoever. Extremely happy with the service! Switched to Day & Hodgson Real Estate many years ago due to the competitive price for their service and going to stay with them. All property-related matters (strata and council fees, renewals, inspections, reviews of the rates, AGM notices, and so on) are done perfectly and on time. Any question I send via email is answered within hours and there is always someone answering the phone. There was not a single instance where I have to follow up on my questions, if something is taking time (like confirming things with strata or builders) I get updates regularly. Highly recommend!
