This clinic is fantastic, I always see Safaa she is amazing at her job & such an asset to the company <3She makes sure you feel super comfortable and ensures I always leave happy. Overall customer service is flawless & always smiling, positive & welcoming staff. Cannot fault my experience at results laser clinic bayside :)

Best not to book a morning appointment as I turned up for my appointment and the girl was clearly running behind and not ready for the day. She was very passive aggressive towards me but thought it was okay because she used names such as “love” and “hun”. Since I’ve been getting laser hair removal for a few years now, I know the difference between someone who does a thorough job and someone who doesn’t. I bet you can guess how this girl did.

As a frequent returning customer I am not impressed with being told advised today by two receptionists today that I would have to pay over $100 for a five minute treatment as I’d been charged the wrong price previously, I’d paid this price of $15 many times on previous visits.After looking at the website which clearly states what treatments are on sale and applicable I went back to complain to a second receptionist. This receptionist argued that the previous receptionist had been correct and insisted she was telling me the correct rate! After asking her if the internet prices were a lie she then further argued that I hadn’t mentioned where I wanted to be treated which was not true! The booking information and my client details were in their system and a conversation was had in relation to that.Whatever happened to a polite response and apology for their error was seriously lacking. Lying blatantly about the rate for a laser treatment and trying to rip me off was nothing short of unacceptable. Thereafter the receptionist continued to argue with me insisting they were quoting correctly, whilst two customers behind me waiting. She then asked me to wait so she could serve them. I said that I wouldn’t be waiting or returning as the attitude was inappropriate.As I left she then engaged in a conversation with the two women behind me and laughed with them about my complaint, what a rude and ignorant attitude to have.All I can say is that this laser clinic is a rip off, also there remains the fact that I shouldn’t even be returning, if the treatments worked, it’s supposed to be a permanent hair removal and clearly it isn’t.Save your money go elsewhere, I found another friendly helpful clinic close by that is happy to give me my treatments at the correct rate which is also the same rate as I have always been paying.

Very disappointed. I was told at my app today that my remaining session I'd prepaid for in a packagewere expired and I'd have to pay AGAIN but the only reason I coukdnt/didn't use them in time us because they were closed because of covid lock downs and them being closed. They still said that they will NOT be honoring the remaining sessions. When I explained that the ACCC have said that businesses are to refund or extend expiry to customers affected. They said to take it up with head office.

I went for pigment treatment peel, i was abit shocked the service, to put in the treatment no less than 2 mins, and to cleaning my face was horrible, there is no passion and there is no care.Very moody grumpy consultant.then, after my treatment, ive told her i have an up coming laser pigment appointment, she said ah our machines is broken we cant do your up coming appointment? but they booked this in? seriusly??? and say, I have to wait and they can't tel me when, very an organise business and poor service.Today i rang to follow up, say if the machines is back so I can book my appointment as I already paid for, for 5 session, the lady who pick up the phone the wasnt very helful, agrressvely not polite, and telling me ill have to wait for the next month or so, or use it in defferent type of treatment. Seriously? I want the pigment laser not other skin thing, and thats what I need.what a poorly customer service was, very very disappointing.now I am waiting for the manager to call me ?

Today was my first time doing laser with my 50% off deal on underarms Brazilian and full legs for only $104 per session.Thanks to Jessie for making it such a wonderful experience she making thing really comfortable and talked me through the whole process and have really good advice on aftercare and can’t wait for my next session :)

Great service by Natasha when short staffed, friendly and listened to me. Saffaa an amazing young woman who listened to my needs, super friendly and gave excellent advise. People commented on my skin the next day. Looking forward to seeing her again.

Not only is she one of the most thorough technicians I’ve had to date, Natasha provides some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. She stayed back late, on her own time, when they were short staffed just to look after me as I could not reschedule. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and the clinic is extremely lucky to have her!
