The boys from Green Vision showed up on time were very polite. They showed and told me what they were going to do with the installation of the solar system. Very good, patient, friendly and realistic advice during the 'decision making' phase of what is a fairly complex and expensive purchase. Followed things through, good communication, installers arrived on time, were great blokes, very professional, cleaned up properly etc and had excellent customer service skills/attitude. I don't really know what else you could want?

Vision solar, their installation team and the electrical team did a wonderful job. Generous with their time for explanations. The installation was delayed by weather, but on the day went very well; as compensation for the delay they added some additional work for free and kept the price at the previously estimated price. My only regret is not adding more solar panels, but that was dictated by my budget. The Solar panels and battery are producing well. Thanks again.

Really poor communication. took forever to get the job booked in and only got booked in because i had to keep hassling. took them over a week to complete the works as they came for a couple of half days at a time. told me that they were to come a certain day and just didn't show up. not even a phone call to let me know. once the job was complete all the documents they sent me had the wrong address on it not too mention all the other stuff that was wrong with them. my electricity retailer has been picking wholes through the documents.

Really happy with our solar installation from Green Vision. The sales process was very relaxed (no pressure), and installation was organised quickly. The installation is really tidy and is generating plenty of electricity for us already (in the middle of June).

I’d love to that Oliver and the team, absolutely exceptional service. Honestly the best solar company I dealt with through the process. Gave us sound advice based from comparisons and quotes and now we have a brilliant 6.63kw system on our new homes roof! Highly recommend.

Had solar panels and battery installed in August 2021. Expensive outlay but was working great.As solar novices we didn’t realise that when lost power on the grid we couldn’t rely on our solar to keep us going indefinitely as we needed the grid power to “kickstart” us.. worth checking!Have definitely noticed our power bills were significantly cheaper as a family of 5!

Really happy with the experience with GVS from the initial quote to installation. On the day the team, at least 5, were on time and really quick getting the system installed within the day. The paperwork was also sorted quickly and so the inspector showed up 2 days later and we were up an running.

Very happy experience with the solar system installation. Oliver and his team respond my request very quickly. I did not wait long to get the installation done. Very professional installation team. The whole process from sales, installation to the customer support, were all very smooth. They are responsible. Highly recommended!
