Autobarn

Impressive would be an understatement. I contacted Autobarn Melton by phone one morning as I had ordered a stereo but wanted to get a different head unit than what I had originally picked, a staff member named Paddy answered my call. I kept him on the phone for around 10 mins firing questions at him about what I wanted and finding out things I didn't understand. He explained everything clearly and never rushed me and helped me settle on the new stereo that looks to be perfect and exactly what I was chasing. On picking up the system our paths crossed again as I was looking to now get it installed. He was straight up when we first spoke about the upgraded head unit, informing me they had a month wait for their store to install it so gave me a few people to contact to get it done. After trying them I had no luck so thought I would have to wait the month out, but no, Paddy stepped up again and got me onto another Autobarn store that has managed to fit me in next day!! To say I am both very impressed with the service and the fact that he kept stepping up to make sure I got the best and most helpful service possible is both a credit to him and the Autobarn Melton store. So thank you for the great customer service experience, I will certainly be a returning customer!!! If your shopping around, if your not sure on what part to go with, Ask for Paddy! | guarantee you will not be disappointed. You'll be looked after with the greatest service from start to finish.

Huge store, my husband went their, plenty of products for your cars needs, on flat ground, heaps of free parking outside. Quality products too.

Customer service was excellent. I was booked in to have a new head unit installed and Rob and the team did a fantastic job. Rob also suggested which hardware to get as the next upgrade. He even cleaned my floor mats once finished. Thank you heaps to Rob and the team.

All Staff have Great customer service as a young person who knows barely anything about cars the staff at autobarn were super helpful in helping me get what I needed, told me some funny stories and had a laugh with me. Highly recommend visiting this place!

Autobarn is just another car spare parts shop, but what makes it great is the unparalleled level of customer service offered by reps like Mr Paddy.I recently had the pleasure of meeting this exceptional individual, and I can honestly say that he made my day. I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed about getting my car's wipers fixed, esp due to a storm on the way...but Paddy went above and beyond to make the experience as seamless as possible. Not only did he expertly help me select the right wipers, but he also installed them in record time, sparing me a trip to the mechanic and taking away all of my stress. His professionalism, kindness, and expert knowledge of car parts were truly remarkable, and I left AutoBarn feeling like a VIP.
