WORST HUNGRY JACKS IN PERTHMore than once they have forgotten to give me a burger... The chips are always well too salty.... Not a fan and keep away from this one now most of the time. They still owe me a burger I called about missing but I probably won't go back to even get it. It got as many as 2 stars because it is hungry jacks and I'm not sure I'm actually meant to expect that muchI went back and they put me in the waiting bay, deleted my order and forgot I was there and I had to go in the shop to ask…. Took 40 minutes to get the order!!! Then they apologised and still got it wrong.This deserves an update…. Just thought I’d try again, worked late and didn’t wanna cook…. Thought… let’s give them another chance…. Bought bacon deluxe meals for me and the kids…. All our burgers were stale. Half the burger was hard and tasted like stale bread…. Yuk!!!! No, I didn’t go back, I ate it, I wrote this and I will never return!

Thought I would treat myself to a breakfast order of a Turkish blat, large iced mocha and 2 hash browns. Get my order and am handed a small mocha and when I point out to the arrogant guy serving, that I ordered a large, he said I only charged you for a small!!! Then I get home and look at my pic to see the load of rubbish I just paid for. When Mr Arrogant was confirming my order, he even asked if I wanted egg, to which I said no. If that is even egg and did they cook the bacon? HJ's should seriously look into this franchise as it is consistently providing bad customer service and very very bad food. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

Above the fact that we waited very long for the order to be concluded, my son made the remark that every time he buy food her, the order is incorrect. Unbelievably the order was incorrect again tonight - 2 burgers not included! He returned and the 2 burgers was prepared quickly.Hungry Jacks need to check this particular shop. Other outlets are perfect, but this one lack management!

I had a Carolina burger meal with onion rings the burger had no sauce and a couple of hard rocks that was supposed to be onion and the onion rings were burnt i was very sick after eating this which turned out to be had food poisoning. I will not be eating there again

Just went through the drive through, food the egg was cooked to death and the unit was cold , hashbrown same, absolute rubbish unfortunatlyhad to tyr and force down as discoverd once back home.

15 minute wait for a burger I wouldn’t feed to my dog. Service is terrible and the food is even worse. Don’t waste your money here!!!!

Food is hit or miss. The manager makes you park up in the waiting bay every single time you go through regardless of whether there is even anyone behind you which is quite annoying...

Horrible management during the day. Managers slam the sliding door hard in your face before you can even say thank you.They charge for sauce and never put it in the bag. When you check your bag and tell them the sauces are missing, they get really aggressive and try to be as rude as possible.Can't wait until you guys go out of business and give up the space to somebody more worthy.

TERRIBLE!! The manager was yelling at me and my 12 year old cousins because we “didn’t ask him before ordering frozen cokes” We ordered them on the machines and apparently it was our fault. I asked for a refund and I got told “that it was too hard” Not happy
