Great service. Needed a chair for my acupuncture really nice and helpful guys

They have all the gear I need as a barber, great prices, and super helpful and friendly. My new supplier now for my barber tools and products.

We bought a Karma St Helens Salon and Spa Cutting Stool that arrived with a tear underneath the seat. When you pay for something you expect it to be in perfect condition, this stool was not. We emailed the store regarding this, and Karl offered a $10 refund (what a joke) or a new top for the stool but only if we send the old top back. I expressed how it was a joke the $10 refund and how we felt overall to have him sarcastically reply! Clearly they don’t care about their customers AFTER they purchase. We won’t be supporting this company again!Your email certainly came across that we had to send the old top back, so do NOT tell me I’m being mistaken with my comments!! You say look at other reviews - what the whole 8 that you have! I will not be dealing with you no longer Karl as I will be dealing with the owner who contacted me yesterday as he has better customer skills than you do!!

As a barber this is a one stop shop, has all the quality gear followed by the best customer service you can find nothing is a problem for Karl he we help above and beyond. If you're in the industry you'd be crazy not to shop here.
