Great service at a good price.Staff are always friendly and accommodating while giving a great service.I wouldn't get my hair cut anywhere else since I came across this hairdresser.

My partner goes there for hair cuts when kiranna was there was very good . But she left and went there on Saturday and came home with his hair was hacked and she keept cutting her hands with the scissors too. Was very unhappy to pay 28 dollars and I had too get it fixed some where else.

Worst experience ever. Booked an appointment for 1 pm, got seated and no one attended until 1:30 pm, when asked the response was “we are a bit behind as you can see”. Told them that I booked an appointment and needed my hair done badly at this day, the lady said its another 5 mins wait… had to wait next 15 mins and still nobody attended. Why take customers if you do not have the capacity? We all have places to be and time is valuable. Do better S and S cannon hill. Worst customer service ever.

I always go to S+S hair salons and by far have had good experiences, hence it's my go-to salon! Today I went to Cannon Hill and asked for a cut. I ticked on the box that I wanted a Cut+Treatment+Massage. I didn't get the name of the lady who cut my hair, but I had to remind her that I wanted my hair to be washed and wanted the treatment also. She seemed annoyed that I reminded her about this. I advised her the cut I wanted and she did her best. She seemed to forgot to dry my hair, and so I had to request it for it myself.. she seemed annoyed again with this and tried to dry it. She asked if I was happy about blow drying it and so I checked, it was still damp. I asked for it to be dried again, she did but it was still damp and went, are you happy?". I wanted to say

I specifically rang to ask if they had time for a five-year-old boy haircut and they said yes. They made her sit there for 30 minutes until we decided to walk out as clearly they had no time. Poor service.

Always a welcoming, comfortable salon. The team here have a great fun vibe together while working on clients, really enjoy the upbeat energy that other salons seem to be lacking! Shout out to Tara who is really lovely to the person in the chair but also her colleagues

Just went to cannon hill plaza S+S. In short they ruined my hair. Dont ever go there, the girl who cut my hair did not even know how to cut hair evenly. After the cut she did not even comb the hair and see if it was done properly. I had to pin point the uneven places which she did a lousy job of fixing up. I seriously think they need to do proper checks of their qualifications before hiring anyone and everyone.

I took my girls here recently for their back to school haircuts and the service was so good. Shout out to Zoee who looked after my girl's super curly locks. Zoee was so personable, gentle and looked after my girl really well.Pricing is very reasonable and service is excellent. Will take my girls back here next time.
