Ellie is amazing - she did my hair extensions and they are so well placed, good quality, and look so good! She listened and gave me the look I wanted and was really friendly!She also blended them really well.The salon also does great keratin treatment. My favourite salon in Canberra

So appreciative of the team here!! I went and had a haircut at a salon around the corner in the mall - who did an absolute hatchet job. I came in the #hair salon and they fixed it all for me! Will be back :)

Finally I found a hairdresser in Canberra that caters for Muslims. Excellent service, friendly staff and best of all they had a private room for culturally diverse clients. I was impressed by my new hair style. Amy did a great job.

I had surgery last week and unable to brush or wash my hair. Sally took me as a walk in for a wash and blow dry, put a treatment through my hair and she was so careful that I was comfortable. Sally then gave me the most lovely style blow dry. She was also a lovely person to talk to, thank you so much.

Made appointment with ladies hairdresser for my wife for Friday 5th May 9am for a blow wave for a wedding, appointment was confirmed via text day before, turned up on time and only person in the shop was a male Barber who was unaware of any appointment and started making phone calls and told us to come back later, went to opposition who helped us out, this salon is incompetent don't go anywhere near them if I could give zero stars I would.

The hairdresser that did my hair (I think her name was Amy) did such an amazing job colouring and blending a platinum blonde colour into my natural colour. Explained what they were doing really well so I understood exactly what I was getting. Definately the best colour I've ever had done!

My 2nd experience with #hair wasn't great!I had an appointment booked in and confirmed for 9am Sunday morning. I was there at 8.50am and there was no one in sight - I was early, it was Sunday so I wasn't too put off by this and sat down near by to wait. And wait. And wait.Sat waiting until about 9.08 and still no one had arrived to open up the salon. I called the number, no answer. I'd had enough of waiting and felt as if I didn't matter to them, I wasn't going to waste my time and money with a service provider who couldn't even turn up to open the salon up for a customer at 9am that had an appointment.As I got up to leave and started walking away I saw the staff going to the door with coffee, breakfast and laughing, didn't seem to have a care in the world that they had an appointment booked in for 9am.It felt as though they couldn't be bothered to be there for me, so I couldn't be bothered to give them my money and custom. I raced around to be there early on a Sunday morning, clearly I was the only one!!I work in customer service and run appointment based businesses, I was very disappointed with this experience and I will not use this service ever again.
