This store is only in business because they're the only one in Darwin. Terrible service and a clear disregard for customer service.Wife called in advance to let them know we'd be there for one small item 2 mins before closing time, we arrived two mins before closing time and they turned the lights off with the closed sign displayed while sitting in the store ignoring us. Go elsewhere.

Very friendly customer service, enjoyed the shopping experience and its nice to know the business is locally owned!

Hit and miss service. I've had helpful to utterly rude from more than one staff member. Unfortunately limited baby store options in Darwin. They do have a decent range of baby items though.

came across very rude middle aged woman with glasses.. totally ignored us ..never once she came and ask whether we needed help. eventually i went to desk and asked her about cot and mattress.. She rudely said that it is self explanatory that this is this n that is that.. i saw her really frustrated about something she is trying sort out in the system ..Frustration she is putting out on us.. We were discussing about which color to buy , she rudely said that she is not going to change it if we change our mind after buying it..that wasthe last straw, we walked out of store without buying it ..i had very good experience while buying cot as a baby shower gift in my last visit.. Because of her foul attitude you lost the customer..

When I ring - the young lady sound friendly after I reach at store they were two ladies- one middle age with boys hair cut and another looks young none of them smile or acknowledge us.We open few car box for kids. We did not buy anything- we were just browsing what all items are available in store.When i reach counter both of them looked at me but none would smile.Would prefer online shopping then store but there is no online option available.

Extremely helpful and friendly when I rang asking if they could order me a specific item.

Great service from friendly staff. One of the biggest ranges of baby and kids stuff in Darwin. I've purchased many items from here over the years and always recommend this as the first stop for new parents! Love that it's locally owned too!
