It's the 2nd time for me buying gear from this awesome store and I am absolutely happy with the purchases I made. I will go there more often. The Paddy Pallin gear store is well sorted and there are always great offers for absolutely top quality items. I was consulted absolutely friendly and with a smile. Honestly 5 Stars well deserved.

I was checking out hiking backpack for the first time today. The staff (Boyd) was incredibly helpful to find the right backpack for me. Unfortunately I couldn’t make it back to the store in time but highly recommend their excellent customer service.

One star is far too generous.The staff member who I was seeking service from walked away from me a moment after I started to talk to her about my needs. All I got to say was ‘ I’m looking to buy some walking shoes’ - she turned her back with no comment or engagement and walked away.I felt totally ignored. No way would I buy any product from a store that treats its customers with such rudeness.
