Edited 03.04.2023. I am editing this review as I was contacted by Phillip Mansfield, General Manager whom reached out regarding my concerns. He listened to my complaint, asked questions about what my situation regarding the product was & provided some feedback but owned the issue. He was very polite and without me requesting provided some replacements for me to use. The reason for me changing this review was due to the professionalism and respect and promptness into which my complaint was handled. It was due to my tardiness that I did not post this in December when I was contacted.Purchased a twin pack hooks from Bunnings and after a month the attachment that was holding a curtain rod with a 1kg curtain has come away and continually falls off leaving just the rubber rim stuck to the wall. Followed instructions to trouble shoot and still no success. Your product was disappointing and considering $20+ for just 2 a bit rich to say the least. I was going to purchase several more products but this has left me jaded. Wont be wasting my money again

Have a major issue with the shower caddy rusting and chipping. Tiles are now stained and we only bought this in 2018.I contacted bunnings for a possible warranty claim and was told to find the receipt or a photograph of the reciept or produce a bank statement for proof of purchase. This was an impossible task as the reciept was long gone due to water damage and i think i paid in cash. I couldn't help but feel shafted.This left me no choice but to contact fusion- loc directly via email. I had briefly explained my situation and was given a response within 24 hours. We exchanged my delivery address and was advised on how to properly install the caddy.The caddy arrived via courier today and my wife was really happy.Fusion-loc really made a difference. They back their products and warranty. I know for a fact that their suction technology is unriveled. Its been two plus years and it is still hanging strong. Like its permanently installed.Thank you fusion-loc for your support. I will definately be a return customer and recommend you to family and friends.

They worked well for about 1 year, and now they are sliding down the glass. It is too hard and costs too much to replace the mounts. If you are looking to use them for only a year, they are great! If you want to use them for longer than that, you might want to invest in something different.

We've had the black matte corner shower caddy in for 2 years and it's been fantastic. Not only does it look great and matches our black tap wear but was so easy to install and has never come loose (unlike several other brands we tried that lost their suction). It's such a great product we actually just got the towel rails to match, handy for rentals too, extra storage without needing to put up permanent fixtures.

Fusion Loc - Bathroom shampoo etc holder 26 kgs.This product was recommended to us so we thought that we would spend the extra to get a product that would actually work and suit our needs without having to drill holes. We followed all the steps in the instructions but when we attempted to install the second cap the first would come off. We tried it on tiles and glass with the same disappointing result. When my husband returned it to the place of purchase the next day the assistant stated that they had received a number of complaints about this brand.

Bought the soap dish from bunnings 2 weeks ago followed the instructions to the letter and it fell off tonight with the smallest bit of soap in it it scratched my plastic bath so don't trust it now it won't be going back on I new it was to good to be true

Very happy with our two fusion-loc products.We have the two tier shower caddy In the shower at home and the large shelf in the caravan. Neither have moved or lost suction in well over 12 months! Well worth the investment. Planning to get some utility hooks next!

I bought a few products for our new bathroom 2 years ago. They looked great and were easy to install. They are supposedly guaranteed for 10 years from rust. They are all rusting now. Not happyUpdateI have since spoken to the company and they offered to replace all rusted pieces. They are now made is stainless steel and won’t rustI am impressed by their quick response to resolve. Obviously a great company to deal with.

Have 2 baskets in our caravan bathroom with shampoo, conditioner etc have been on some tuff roads and was very surprised they are still there! Nice to see a product that works! AAA+++

Worst product with best ‘marketing’! Bought 2 shelves last year. Suction caps didn’t stick to glazed tiles. Ok, just got the stick on wall tabs. I’ve been really careful not to put anything on them. But the slightest weight is enough for it to fail. Got back from 2 week holiday the other day and the 3rd bracket pealing away from a tiny driftwood sculpture. Rip off for $45 each. Probably won’t be able to get a refund. But will try, as I’ll need to pay for alternative.
