Legit best place ever ! Great range, awesome prices and these girls are freaking amazing been going there since kiki was there! priscilla and everyone are so friendly and u feel welcomed as soon as u walk in. These girls are so honest and will be ur best friend when shopping they will tell u if it looks bad! But they always get me better stuff!!! My girls there talked me into skinny jeans and gave me the confidence boost I needed to wear these everywhere !!! Well done girls!!!

Ladies are always helpful! It's very squishy though, a bigger space or perhaps less merchandise would make it not so hard to move about

Fantastic and friendly customer service! The ladies were so knowledgeable and helpful!Lots and lots and lots to choose from!They have AMAZING prices. Today I saw prices ranging from $10-$15 for bras, to $30-$60 for shirts, dresses, skirts, pants and jeans. From what I saw jackets are around the $70-$90 mark. Compared to the full price, you are getting amazing bargains!They also have newer more expensive City Chic items!

I love this particular City Chic shop. My only complaint is the big mouth Indian lady who works at the shop. I’ve had a few run ins with this lady.She’s aggressive rude and loud.I was going to try on some clothes about 4 pieces.So i placed them on a clothes rack near the dressing room, she’s taken upon herself to move the clothes near the cashier.When i asked her why you moved my clothes which I hadn’t tried on, her response is you can come and get it from the front when your ready.After that I walked out of the shop.This is not the first time I’ve encountered this obnoxious person , there’s no way she understands customer service.I have to applaud all the other beautiful ladies who work at this shop they do their absolute best to help as I’m a regular at this shop. I have written to City Chic as I’m uncomfortable because of this lady.Avoid the Indian lady ask for help from everyone else who work there .

Ive havent had an issue with city chic minto before , until last saturday , i walked in looking for clothes i accidently touched a manequin which caused a jacket to fall off this manequin , i tried to put it back on but looked around assistance as it kept slipping off , im not quite sure who this staff member was but she was absolutely rude about it , rolled her eyes and sighed followed by mumbles under her breath , i did apologise to the lady , but i was disgusted by the behaviour she portrayed , it was an accident and wasnt intentional at all , her reaction wasnt deserved at all..
