A nice lookout not far from the airport. Get here on your route to mount wellington. Great place to take photos :)

Great place for a walk or ride around the foreshore. From Tasman Bridge to Bellerive for lunch and back makes for a great half day walk.

Pleasant walking track part of Clarence Foreshore Trail, away from suburbia. Good for a quiet early morning walks during the week, but more popular during the day on weekends.

A lovely walk, with great views of the Derwent River, Hobart, and kunanyi/Mount Wellington. Abundant bird life, and the possibility of seal and dolphin sightings make this a worthwhile walk; just be wary of cyclists, as it is a shared pathway around the point.

Nice little lookout to the sea. Was a bit foggy when I was here but can imagine how nice and how far you'd be able to see outwards on a clear day.

Nice views but I was unable to walk down the path beside the fence to the rocks below for pictures. Hubby did though!
