ive always had great customer service from all staff its more friendly then BWS at woolies thats my own opinion the manager isnt very nice from what I've seen him treat others again i choose coles on how i see customer's get treated much better

Im not from Australia and went in trying to buy ice and was denied service because I do not hold an Australian ID... I’ve been travelling since Brisbane stopping to buy ice at liquorlands along the coast and this is the first time I’ve been denied for being foreign. The worst part is it was the manager who refused me. Do not use this place.

Not the greatest or deepest range on the planet but they usually have fairly decently priced deals for multi buys etc.Wouldn't say the staff are the most knowledgeable about the wines or anything like that but they make up for it in friendliness and enthusiasm.Would definitely hit it up if your just after a cheap mid range bottle of wine, something per-mixed or a deal on simple brand name spirits.

The woman wouldn't sell us ice because our Canadian/American drivers license arent valid ID" when no other place in Australia require any ID to get ice for my esky let alone a passport. The older blonde woman was also extremely rude"
