Showed up for an appointment that they did not seem aware of let alone ready for.The dresses are very worn and quite dirty unfortunately. I ended up leaving early as it was just not what the reviews explained. Good to go in and at least check their range.

I don't often write reviews unless the service is amazing and the Belle and Beaux team exceed that, they are in fact phenomenal. I have had pleasant experiences with both Louise and Barbara. Louise helped me find the dress of my dreams, she welcomed me so warmly and attentively listened to my desires for my dress, she respected my privacy and had wonderful patience whilst i tried on many dresses. Barbara went above and beyond when helping me decide bridesmaids dresses. My bridesmaids absolutely adored her and she helped me picture the overall colour scheme for my wedding, she was extremely professional and kind. At Belle and Beaux they look at the wholistic bride! I one hundred percent recommend.

As a 2023 bride I cannot recommend this bridal shop enough, the service I received was the best out of the 3 that I visited in Newcastle, also being a plus size bride they have a massive variety. Michelle was the lovely lady that I had she went above and beyond even arranging for a dress that wasn’t in the shop to come in the next day for me to try on, if anyone is looking for a bridal gown and wants exceptional service I would pick Bella and Beaus !Thank you team for an amazingExperience!

Unfortunately our experience with this establishment was extremely disappointing, original measurement for bridesmaid dress, where incorrect which was acknowledged by the staff after a 6 week wait over the Christmas break, replacement dress apparently ordered under express due to there mistake.Now 7 weeks later no Christmas break and no dress week of the wedding dress apparently was meant to turn up today (27/3/23)but now a transport issue hope to have next 2 days, the more questions I asked the more evasive they seem to be come.Originally told the original dress could not be altered due to size and the material been different, but now there might be a chance.We asked for a refund which was not issue for them cause now there issue is gone.Would not recommend there services as you could imagine the week off the wedding the extra amounts of stress from something that was as simple as using a tape measure has caused so much anguish.

Michelle and Elizabeth from Belles and Beaux are just amazing. Not only did they have my dream dress but also had to make the risk decision of ordering a dress 2 sizes smaller than the size guide for the brand. Luckily due to there extreme amount of experience they knew what they were doing and I had to put my trust into them! The dress fit perfectly.. It didn't even need alterations to the bust or waist...I also ordered my beautiful bridesmaid dresses through them and couldn't be happier!. They took such good care of me I highly highly recommend!

I would just like to publicly thank Louise and all staff at B&B today for their kindness, patience and assistance. You made us feel so welcome and my daughter has been so happy and excited all afternoon having found her perfect wedding dress.Although the store was extremely busy, which is totally understandable for a Saturday, we did not feel rushed or that ‘time was up’ at any stage.Once again a huge thank you for everything today and I would highly recommend your store to anyone.

Amazing staff! I felt so welcomed and the lady who helped me was absolutely amazing. We were a bit early and happy to wait but she started pulling dresses for me straight away. The whole process could not have gone smoother. I found my dress thanks to the lovely ladies and they were quite accommodating giving me some extra time at the end even though my appointment went a bit over. So very happy and excited for my dress to arrive, thank you!

If you’re looking to feel unheard, invisible, rushed & confused this is the store for you! The “I know best” sales lady gets an A+ for enjoying HER own choices which she doggedly pushed on my daughter, her keen skills in NOT listening and creating an overall miserable experience. The “Wow” moment was achieved but for all the wrong reasons! At one point my daughter was so anxious & frustrated that she was visibly shaking under the skirt of yet another dress she wasn’t into (but our sales lady deemed “something different” to try. “Lisa” ….. you need to listen to your brides, you need to give them time to take in what they are looking at & it wouldn’t hurt to introduce yourself to the mum of the bride. Instead, I (MOB) was asked to move 3 times in the cramped confines of the store so other brides entourage could see their bride to be……while I was in front of the change room trying to see my own daughter! I was ignored and left hanging mid-sentence & when actually asked if my daughter would like one certain style I clearly said “no”…so of course she disregarded my input to take that one in for “something different” to try….My daughter at one point had to stand in a change room almost naked with the curtain open with a dress 3 sizes too small up against her while the sales woman encouraged her to buy it without trying in her size (unavailable in store) even though she didn’t love it…..this after I had been “scolded” for showing the sales lady a dress style she would like but was not in her size. The choice should be with the bride, you need to listen to them. I had no preference on what my daughter buys however now, after this negative, underwhelming experience I have asked her not to return to this store as I want no part in promoting or purchasing her dress from a business who neither acknowledged me or was willing to listen to either of us. You might like to introduce yourself to & not “scold” the mum next time “Lisa”.

I had a wonderful time buying my wedding dress from Belles & Beaux. Barbara assisted me and was perfect. So many stunning dresses and in all sizes. Finding a dress in my budget, size & style was so simple. I cannot wait for my fiancé to see the dress.Thank you so much to all of the ladies that helped me.
