I had a very expensive ball gown cleaned here but when I took it home and tried it on, the padding in the chest area had been completely scrunched up into balls. It was impossible for me to fix due to the section being completely sewn up and unaccessible, which is why I have no idea how it happened. This has rendered the dress unwearable, unless I unpick the stitching and attempt to somehow fix the padding inside. I'm very disappointed as my event is in 4 days.
