KinCare

Kincare has helped me by providing repite for my wife. This gave me the opportunity to give myself sometime to have a break from the caring role. When I was out I knew that my wife was being taken care of properly by the Home Care Workers.The would often take her shopping or out to the botanical gardens. While this was happening I learnt jeweler attended a computer course and played table tennis.I would even come home to a hot cooked meal and a clean house. Most importantly a very happy wife, sometimes I think she likes the carers more than me haha. Thank you Kincare

Young cleaner was very polite and did a good job..older cleaner was dismissive and was only worried about putting on her ear phones to listen to music..said it helped her get through...was not interested in what I had to say...manager needed to do a refresher course in management ..too many mixed messages about when and time cleaner would be coming..not very professional...no longer use their service

Kincare helped my mother for many years as her Parkinson's progressed. I have to compliment the whole team but especially her case manager Marcia, who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure Mum was looked after so many times, including through covid. I cannot say enough nice things about her!
