Recently I have endured a couple of leaks with two excess bills in a row. NE Water went out of their way to help with rebates, eased my mind. I thank you for your compassion and professionalism. I will not use the over phone bill paying again though. A few minutes into the call my account can't be found and the young lady still couldn't get my name right.

Amazing service from Georgia when we had some queries about our usage! She sent out agents straight away to help us get to the source of a problem & then got back to us quick smart! All involved are a credit to the NE Water team!

Useless company. We moved out of our rental almost a year ago and we are still getting sent water bills. We have called up several times to get our names off the account and every time we are assured it's done but we are still getting sent water bills. This is beyond awful customer service.
