Best place to buy swimmers. The lovely shop staff actually want to help and advised me on the best style for my body shape. They also have a fantastic range of womens underwear. Highly recommend. When I was there a lady had travelled for over an hour to shop at Michelle-Ann.

I went to your store this morning and was served by Lauren. She was so helpful with choices and I was so happy and not stressed. The service is wonderful. I waited in my dressing room as she brought me suitable items to try on. She was knowledgeable and very kind. Thank you Lauren. From Sharon

This was a horrible place to go particularly I have a disability they treated me like I was a criminal. I was followed around at all times with staff members walking next to me, I picked up a bra it was snatched out of my hand by employee to take I don't know where I complained about this action they then put all staff around me at the end of each isle three people monitoring every move I made I left feeling so discriminated against and so awful and upset. I am not a thief never ever been near police. I wanted two bras haha their loss went to MYER Bayside and received good bras and humane service. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE

Came here to buy bathers. Range was smaller than last time I was here. Took a couple of times approaching the counter, asking questions before I got served. Most of the staff are a bit stuffy and rude. I did find a pair of bathers though. I don't think I'd come back or recommend.

As soon as i walked in I felt like i was being watched. I was told to not eat my banana bread due to the crumbs lol. I said okay but was then followed around the store around each corner and constantly stared at by the owner while she pretended to fix something as if i was about to steal or something. I felt really uncomfortable and while I was browsing she actually came up to me and told me there's nothing here my size and to go down the block to the other lingerie shop for what i was looking.

Feeling very low after that shop experience. Went in to match shape wear and a bra I already had at home with a photo of the size I wear all the time and the lady said ‘Are you sure that’s your size? You need bigger. You’re buying clothes too small for you’ ! She even made a disgusted look when I picked out the bra I wanted. She came into the change room and said ‘you’re quite wide’ Wouldn’t even matter if I was bigger as all shapes are amazing but just the way she was saying it made me want to cry. Comments like that are so damaging for people who struggle with their body image. Hope no one else has this experience :(

Terrible customer service, also be aware of their non existent returns policy!The knowledge of the “expect fitter” was poor, I won’t be shopping there again.

Worst shopping experience ever… I felt extremely violated and judged by the staff members. They followed me around the store and tried to take items I was holding off me. When I went to the change room they kept opening my curtain to “see how I was going” they flashed me to the other gentlemen waiting for there wives in the change rooms. Needless to say I was humiliated.
