Had nothing but problems with the rental department. moved in a property haven’t done a clean before we moved in, had maggots in the over and around, water leaks, ac & heaters didn’t work, showers leaked, toilets and sinks leaked, roof leaked and the list goes on. They didn’t care about anything took 9 months before some things got done and then got evicted. Going to vcat for all money paid in rent because we couldn’t even stay at the property. Absolutely unprofessional rental department.

Great service. We had to find a new tenant and Erin was fabulous. Within two weeks she had found us a new tenant which included an open for inspection and assisted us with reference checks.Erin is polite efficient and knowledgeable and I highly recommend her services.
