Thank you SAPPHIRE for being such a great host in making our celebration a big success. The ambiance is very warm and welcoming. Our guests enjoyed the food which is freshly cooked at the premises. Very patient and hard working staff who worked with us through out the preparations supporting by giving creative feedback on different choices within our budget.Great professional service . Can’t wait to celebrate another party and create more beautiful memories ❤️

Alright. So they are minimum100 people booking for parties. but we were 89 and we won’t be more than happy enough to enjoy and blessed.Highly and highly recommended and kindly don’t go to negativity of the reviews.It all goes to the discounts we tried to get.MP singh is the person to talk about.But he is the legend.Remind him to give you a chat code which is 2 golgappe and you get 5%off.Love you guysThanks a lot for making our night well.Cheers teamAnd lots of love.

I’m surprised to see the number of bad reviews!! I know I’m posting this late, we came here for a birthday party on 5th March. This place is nearly 1hr and 10minutes away from our place. The party was well organised. Hall was big enough to accommodate 100 guests. Stage was really big. I really liked the venue. Toilets were neat and clean. Staff was friendly. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the owner came inside the party to show the hall to another family while the party was going on. This wasn’t sounding nice.

!! Do not waist your money here !! I wish we had zero star option as well because the service and the owner of this restaurant both were the worst I have ever experienced as we had a party yesterday in there we made a deal with them for a banquet order which was for couple hundred people as it was a wedding party for my sister but these guys made our happiest day to quite bad one as they didn’t serve sufficient amount of food and when we asked for refill they kept ignoring until one of us got rude, when we try to report this thing to the owner he wasn’t helpful as all, by the end of the party few of us didn’t had any food yet and we asked the staff for some food and they told us the kitchen was already closed and even the owner asked us for extra money over them we talked about. I would never recommend anyone to come here either will’I.

I would like to start off by saying Thank You So Much to everyone at Sapphire for making our engagement everything we could ever dream of!It came out so Beautifully perfect! We got so many compliments from our guests saying that the Banquet was one of the most Gorgeous Venues they’ve ever seen and how much they Loved the Food !! Thank you so much for helping in making our day PERFECT.

So so happy with everything. As a photographer I visit so many venues in Melbourne and ai do know what quality stuff looks like and Honestly Reception at Sapphire is definitely one of the best in the town❤️❤️ really appreciate the efforts of team, They have a big smile and positive approach with everything they do. Food quality is 5 Stars. Jazz and Vicky and the whole team in Kitchen and service area was so helping. We really had great time there and all the guests were praising the food especially. Thanks heaps guys❤️❤️❤️

I’ve performed here tonight. When I parked the security guard immediately approached me asking me if he could help me take the stuff in. All the stuff were so welcoming. After the show they offered me food which was really delicious. The venue has two spacious rooms. Ideal for bdays, weddings or anniversary celebrations. It has a lot of style and it’s luxuriously decorated with beautiful lights.

when you book for 100 people and 146 adults +25 children turn up! Only Reception at Sapphire could have managed such awesome service and made sure all the guests ate to their hearts content. Great service! Great hosts and of course, food was awesome. I highly recommend this venue
