Claire's Dog Grooming

Claire injured my dog and didn’t complete the service and I will never ever go back to her and won’t recommend her to anyone!!!She was very unprofessional, unbothered, dismissive and rude during the entire time.I had booked my small cavoodle for today with Claire for grooming. After 15 minutes of leaving my dog with Claire I got a call that my dog was growling and aggressive and we should pick him up as she won’t continue the service.I went to her immediately and she continued to talk bad, and were rude toward me and my dog and kept saying that he was terrible, aggressive and growling.She was very unbothered and kept saying how she handled dogs vets couldn’t handle but she didn’t want to finish this service.Claire was very unprofessional and rude and now my dog is only cut half of his body and all of his hands and nails left and Claire said to “do it your self at home” and “don’t you have a paper scissor at home just do it with that”..Then I saw my dogs ear was CUT OFF and there was BLOOD!!!!!Of course he would growl after you cut off his ear!!! But after we showed her this she was so very rude, mean and unprofessional and acted as if this is a normal thing.During the last years, I have never heard any complains about my dog and this has been the absolute worse and terrible experience. I have to take my dog to vet for his injury andI won’t ever go back to her and for the sake of your dog and yourself dont go to Claire, find somewhere else!

I have consistently had a wonderful experience with Claire’s dog grooming services. Her experience, knowledge and passion for dogs is clearly reflected the moment you interact with her either over the phone or in person. Claire is very prompt in her responses via phone/ text and goes out of the way every time . This is exactly why I don’t mind travelling 25 kms each way for a grooming session.

Claire has been grooming my beautiful toy poodle Hugo for over a year now after my previous groomer retired. Claire does a wonderful job all the time and many people comment on the way he is groomed and ask me for her details. Thank you Claire!

Claire is a lovely dog groomer - very professional and personal in her work. I was very impressed with how she handled my 4-month-old mini schnauzer. She's very efficient in her work and I can tell she's passionate about what she does. Hope to see her again soon in 6-8 weeks for a style groom.

Absolutely perfect groomer. My dog had not adjusted to his previous four groomers but it’s like winning a lottery when you get the perfect groomer. Claire is amazing with ozzy and will provide advice on what would be best for the dog. Very reasonable in pricing too.
