Been dealing with these guys for 5 years now, always satisfied with the service and support. Price is fair for both products and services. I have used warner pool and spa care business for numerous water tests, pool cleaner repairs , pool pump repair , pool service, products , best experience when they identified high phosphates and got rid of algea that kept on coming back.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and they were more focused on giving us the right advice for caring for our pool and getting the best results than trying to sell us products we didn't really need. Customer service is outstanding and we will definitely be long term customer.

Was looking for a replacement weir door that was around 20 years old, the team were super helpful and managed to find a replacement for me within a few days. Highly recommended and great service!

Certainly the best pool shop I have had dealing with. Always great advice, the depth of knowledge of pool ‘problems ‘ and the advice provided is far supreme to any other franchised business around here - and not all about selling chemicals. Highly recommend and reasonable prices to. Thumbs up to these guys.
