Everything was easy. Booking my vehicle was easy, picking up was easy and return was easy too. And quick. I was very happy with the friendly customer service I received from the ladies at the desk both over the phone and face to face. The gents on site happily assisted me with questions about the vehicle before I drove off.The vehicle was very clean inside and out. I was also able to leave my own car on site which was very convenient. Thanks for a positive experience.

The loveliest service team! Been here a couple times for their 3 tonne trucks to move house. They're a very warm, welcoming and friendly team. Always been thrilled with their service and making everything so easy. Their vehicles are clean and well kept. Plenty of street parking nearby to leave your own vehicle whilst using theirs. Will definitely use their services again and happy to recommend to anyone looking to hire a vehicle.

I needed a van to pick up an item down the south coast. After talking to Joanne I felt confident and knew I found the right company to rent from. The budget team was able to answer their phone straight away and always had the answers. Bonus with renting from budget I had 150km included with the rental most others I looked at were 100km. I would rent and recommend this company to all my friends.

I was not looking for the cheapest option. But rather they were open at the time and had the van i was looking for. Staff did good. Service from them was as expected and courteous.The car was not.Nearly 200k on the meter, things were falling apart. Steering did not feel right, and the unexpected thing was the reverse camera was not working.So raises serious concerns about what other major issues were under the surface. What risks were we subjected to.And the smell of old socks, that was something I'll remember the next time i see their logo.

Great experience with Budget Westmead! I rented a car for an East Coast roadtrip. The car I got was a higher class than what I paid for. I had to return my car to another location and change schedules due to bad floods in Queensland. Customer service was super quick and easy. Also Budget had the cheapest rates of any rental service and very clear insurance/excess policy.
