Savannah was a life saver for our family. She talked through some amazing benefits for our loved one and literally talked our Mother through her concerns, and the pressure that was on our family as we have a son with a disAbility so we were not in a position to care. Very sensitive situation and Savannahs team are very compassionate and careful thinking in their approach.

They helped with the government paperwork, they help organise contractors to put her residence on the market. They packed all my mothers gear in boxes and organised the furniture to be sold through Gum Tree. Savannah also was the advocate to organise my mothers aged care residence. They even have the ability to find a suitable buyer for my mothers residence. Further Savannah and her team helped me to find a permanent aged care residence - My mother is very happy and has her own premium deluxe room in reputable aged care facilityunder the RAD Scheme. Sue Scott from Retirement Care Solutions helped me place both of my parents into a beautiful aged care facility. I would not have been able to do with this myself without Sue's help. The aged care system is so complicated no one could possibly understand it without engaging a company such as this.

Making the decision to move my Mum into Aged care was one of the hardest decisions I have every had to make. It was gut wrenching. My head was in a spin. I had so many questions and I needed guidance, with this I contacted Savannah and we agreed to meet with Mum. From the first meeting I knew that Mum felt comfortable and that was enough to have Savannah take the reins and she didn't disappoint.
