Appreciate very much the timely and informed responses from Magnus in his dealings with our SC...a breath of fresh air after previous experiences.

Neighbourly (formerly McDonald Strata) would often ignore emails sent, would respond with acknowledgement but no answer/ follow up or would respond in a rude and dismissive manner. We would need to follow up countless times before action was taken. Our complex has attempted to leave but meetings would get postponed- all in an attempt to make us pay for services not used. I had asked several times for our security door to be fixed as it was broken and it took them over 3 months to do anything about it. Our strata account has been charged for services not used on several occasions. When payments were due, they would be delayed or forgotten once again prompting us to send a reminder.

Magnus, was very friendly and helpful with the whole process and was quick with his responses and very professional manner.
