I wish I could leave 0 stars! We placed an order and paid upfront and were told everything was in stock! Ali has done a runner with the money. He doesn't answer his phone, messages or emails. He hides in his office and doesn't answer his door.Nothing but a thief.

Came in for a office chair and left with a great chair at a competitive price and the knowledge that Adelaide Office Furniture is owned and operated by a genuine and kind man that I will without a doubt refer any of my colleges, friends and family to. I highly recommend having a chat to Ali, he'll listen and point you in the right direction for what you're needs/wants are. All in all, outstanding customer service.

Absolutely DO NOT buy from Adelaide Office Furniture. They take your order, then refuse to communicate as to where your order is. I have literally emailed 8 times and called 10 and no one has got back to me about the delivery of my order. Phone number just goes to a call centre who cannot help at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

DO NOT buy from Adelaide Office Furniture. I placed my order and heard nothing further for weeks. I tried calling but the phone number goes to a call centre who can only 'forward a message'. I have emailed twice and the second time got an error message saying that the email address no longer exists.

Needed a chair and a budget was told to Ali. He then proceeded to show us chairs 3 x dearer... we settled on one within our budget and asked for arms to go with it. Ali said he'd have to order them and he'd call when they were in. We paid for the chair and arms. Months later, we called and he said the company was 'out of stock', so he'd chase it up. More phone calls made to follow up, with the last call he said he'd return the call within a minute. Two months later we are still waiting for that return phone call AND the arms we paid for. Oh, so on account of this, we went to Officeworks and purchased a $400 chair WITH ARMS. He sold the same chair for almost $1000..... so very happy with Officeworks, but not Ali.

Definitely best value for money that we could find and super helpful when we had no clue with regards to our options. Delivery did take a little longer than we’d hoped, and when we called it was almost 48 hours before they got back to us. To be fair, they were super busy and when they did call us back to let us know our furniture was ready to be collected, they did acknowledge the delay and thanked us for our patience. We didn’t ask for anything, however we were kindly offered free delivery on our items in which we graciously accepted. So overall small hiccup, however they handled it professionally and what mattered the most they did so in a caring and honest manner. In summary, and what prompted us to write this review, was that at no stage did we feel these guys were trying to sell to us. They asked some good questions, came back to us with some options, and a couple of money saving suggestions. 9/10 experience and 10/10 customer service.

ABSOLUTE DOGSplaced an order with these Adelaide office furniture and everything was in stock. Got in touch with dispatch and everything was going out the following week.Well nothing arrived and after a few follow ups, something wasnt feeling right. emails not being responded to and evasive phone calls.After some searching on the net, it seems the Director, ALI TAHA, has no less than 23 ABN numbers and is trading as a sole trader!!! alarm bells much???I immediately phoned and emailed them requesting a refund and have followed up multiple times, absolutely nothing at this stage.What worthless human beings these people are, not just the director but the rest of the team involved in this scam.

Horrible business! If I could give zero stars I would.I ordered a desk on January 3rd. Sent an email on Jan 18th and got told they just processed it.2 weeks later I asked when it would be deleted and was sent tracking info that was incorrect. I asked for correct tracking info-no response.Multiple emails with no response. Phone calls were a last applied for the poor service and assured me someone would call asap and never called back.I asked for a refund multiple times via email, again no response.I needed to dispute through PayPal.2.5 months after purchase I got the refund but still no email, call, explanation or apology.Do not buy from this company

We recently placed an order with Adelaide Office Furniture, and we couldn't be happier. Ali was recommended to us, and his advice was invaluable in helping us plan the fitout. We supplied a hand-drawn floor plan, and he took care of the rest. Prices were competitive, delivery (which was free) and assembly went smoothly and according to schedule. Most impressive was his knowledge and attentiveness. He focused a lot on ergonomics and comfort, which, in hindsight, was the most important factor. Overall, it was a professional, non-pushy, stress-free, and pleasant experience.
