I highly recommend Preferred Care as an agency to work for. Great work/life balance as you choose your shifts around life's other obligations. This amazing agency genuinely do care about their staff. I've recently had personal issues with family and my health, and the staff have been completely supportive which has been so helpful. Currently working for Preferred Care. Even though its only been a few weeks, I am enjoying working for Preferred Care. They really do care about their staff. They checked in on me and they make me really prefer working as an agency nurse.

As someone who has worked with other agencies, the booking and rostering of shifts are much easier and the staff is more flexible with my schedule. Never have had any issues with wages and payslips either which always is a plus.

I highly recommend working for Preffered Care agency. Such a flexible agency whom are so supportive to their staff and easy to communicate with. If your looking at joining an nursing agency, preffered care agency would definitely be the way to go.

The best company I have ever worked for! They value and appreciate their staff. It's easy to manage and access shifts and the flexibility is great as I am a student that attends placement regularly. The administration team is always so understanding and pleasant to deal with. I get great feedback when I visit different residential homes, stating that Preffered Care workers are good. Would definitely recommend working for them. :)

I have worked for Preffered Care Nursing Agency for about 3 months now. (Been in Aged Care for 8 years) and it is my new found love of career. The flexibility I can have works so well for me and my little family. The team are absolutely beautiful and so kind. They reach out to us constantly, thanking us, and keeping us updated with everything. I've never known such a lovely and supportive team and admin like it! We are also a great bunch of nurses that workhard. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
