Steve was excellent. Replaced the gas hot water heater and fixed the gas pressure issue. He went above and beyond to get the issue resolved and now everything is working perfectly. From the initial phone call to getting the work done you are dealing with the same person and Steve is a true professional.

We gave Steve a call as our Rinnai gas heater wouldn't stay lit when first turning on, and wasn't putting off the heat it usually does. Steve visited us same day, provided a thorough service, and explained all of his work to keep us better informed at maintaining our heater in future (all for a reasonable cost!). We highly recommend AusGas!

Steve responded to my email enquiry quickly and he was able to book me in to get my gas oven repaired the next day. Once he arrived, he was able to quickly find what was wrong and fix it.
