What great service Eastman Ag provide. I phoned through an order to Brett at 1500 hours on a Monday from remote East Gippsland for a 6 volt conversion to 12 volt starter motor (pretty hard to find new) for my Grey Fergie. I fully expected that it might take 4 or 5 days to be delivered. Brett assured me I would see it inside 2 days. BUT it arrived on my doorstep at 1030 hours Tuesday morning - the very next day - and the tractor was up and running before noon and out of the paddock. HAPPY DAYS. The new 12v starter motor is of excellent build quality so no more burning out old 6v starters (the rest of the Fergie electrics are 12 volt I should have upgraded the starter earlier). Brett really knows his stuff and the Eastman Ag website attests to what eventually happened to the old 6 volt - a nasty smoking burnout. I have been dealing with Brett from Eastman Agricultural parts for the past 2 years whilst rebuilding 3 tractors being Fiat 411, Ford 4600 and a 4cyl Ferguson 35. Over this period of time I have been able to email or text Brett the part numbers or describe the part I want and he has been able to secure them for me.
