Single day deals aren't made clear that they are one day only deals (even one of their staff today said they thought the deal would be for the whole weekend). Asked if there was any chance they would match the sale price and they wouldn't budge on price in the slightest, just quoting the new deal with discounted cover. I would have to imagine it would have been better to make a sale discounted than have a customer walk out the door dissatisfied after the first shopping experience with the store. I don't see myself coming back any time soon.

Wow, Tyson was so helpful with our purchases. Very Knowledgeable and knows the products would highly recommend shopping here. We'll be back

Nice tidy store, staff are very friendly and i guarantee you wont be there for 5 minutes before one comes and asks if you need a hand, the items are at a reasonable price and beat most people in mackay i recommend going here for a look even if its something to do.

Had an issue with a solar blanket, bloke who served me was nice, but the fella that tested the panel (didn't get a name, wears a gold chain) was very unprofessional. He also straight up lied and said the panel was putting out 160w and was perfectly fine. After setting the panel up myself outside and getting the nice bloke who originally served me to have a look he determined it was faulty as it wouldn't put out over 85w.In the end our issue was resolved with a refund, but customer service from the guys who tested the panel was terrible

Plenty of range and items in stock. Went in for a generator and was able to be assisted straight away. Products seem decent quality. A lot bigger range then there use to be. Worth a trip in store to check everything out.

Would give zero stars if I could. Purchased a fridge/freezer on 15/3 at the Mackay store. Product is faulty, will be running fine and then out of nowhere the temp increases. We've lost multiple grocery shops due to the issue. One week it might happen once, the next it week it may happen mutliple times, the following couple of weeks it may seem to run fine and then it faults again. There is also a more recent ticking noise associated with the temp increase. It's temperamental, unpredictable and difficult to replicate, as we have no idea what is causing this to happen. Called the customer service number, they advised to take it back into store. Took it back into the Mackay store 8 days after purchase on 23/3 thinking it would be a simple exchange for a faulty product. Jason took it to test it, he had it for the day, when we went back to check on the progress (as there is no direct phone number to the store and no one had called us, despite having told us we would get a call from them in an hour or two) Jason said he couldn't find anything wrong and claimed the problem was due to dirty" electricity (we are travelling in a caravan and had the fridge connected to the caravan). We took the fridge back and listened to Jason's advice to plug it in an alternative power source. We plugged it into mains at various caravan parks
