Paw by Paw Playhouse Dog Grooming & Daycare

Our dogs dislike getting a bath and so it was a short search before I found this place where you know you will get an excellent treatment. The groom is according to breed and need, you can watch your dog being groomed and cone in to assist in keeping them calm and the end product is so fluffy! Couldn't recommend enough, particularly with anxious pups

Came down to see if Paw by Paw would be suitable for my 12 week old puppy to attend day care. Called a few days before to see if I could take a look at where my puppy would be spending his day. Was told on the phone yes I was welcome to come down and have a look. When I arrived I was shown two small glass windows where I was expected to look through and make an assessment. When I asked can I go in or see the outdoor area to make sure it's safe with fences my puppy couldn't get under (he likes to dig) I was just told NO. I left without using their service. I will be telling many people about this. You wouldn't drop your child off at day care without seeing the place first would you?!EDIT to response.My review is entirely accurate, NOTHING was explained re- your safety excuse. In not allowing me to see where you keep the pup's/small dogs I couldn't not make a judgement of whether it was safe. I feel I shouldn't be expected to use two small windows. There was No misunderstanding about anything. Your space was NOT at all open your glass looking windows looked like they previously had a small aircon unit in them or something. I was expected to somehow see through walls I also think looking at a few videos/photos is not good enough! Considering I was actually thinking of leaving my 4kg puppy there for more than 6 hour's. My review is COMPLETELY justified. Maybe you should take my review as customer feedback and do more for potential customers to see where their dog will be spending their day instead of responding with defences and excuses. Thank you

Have had our german shepherd groomed here and also at Puppy Play Group. Cannot speak highly enough for the staff and care they take with their charges. Very caring staff and super friendly too

I can highly recommend all the girls at paw by paw. My dog is an anxious dog and they will take their time with him. When he starts getting his grumpy pants on they will stop until his ready and then go back to grooming him. The love the girls show to dogs is unbelievably.

Take my dog there at least once a week. You need to book and usually in advance as it is quite a busy place.Dog grooming is also available.Highly recommend bringing your dog here. Clean facilities, great for dogs to socialise and always well looked after.

I returned today with pup (not) in tow for another opportunity and clearly a return to form. Pup received an awesome trip and clean, and the team there today were wonderful in making pup feel at easy and he left wagging his tail jumping and playing with other dogs in grooming area.Clearly happy Pup, happy owner.

Baxter goes to puppy playgroup and occasionally to daycare hr absalutely loves this place, Baxter cant get in the gate fast enough. Clean and profesionally run. I have a very tired pup at the end of the session. Very friendly staff

We get our two fur babies grommed here and I wouldn't trust anyone else. The staff always greet the pups with a smile and they love going so much now they can't wait to go inside. Highly recommend

I insist on taking our puppy here each Tuesday just because his reaction when qwee close is gold. He is so happy it makes me feel the same. These guys genuinely love all of the dogs and the photos each day are a treat.
