Ms Brooke was great, however since she is no longer teaching next term, had to pull my son out of his swimming lessons. If your child has any history of being bullied, is neurodivergent in any way, or is sensitive to being spoken to harshly, consider getting them placed with the younger swim instructors as they are better at smiling and speaking nicely to the children.

This place is horrible, older teachers & management are rude. I would not recommend this swim centre to anyone.

Some teachers talk alot during lessons and sont do enough teaching.. hard to rebook make up sessions Within term. Most are very nice

We brought our little 7 mths old baby and even if we loved the instructors and swimming lesson, our personal opinion is that the place wasn't warm enough for our little one so unfortunately we've decided that it is not the place for her just yet. We will still consider this centre as a great option for when she will be a bit older. Great customer service!!

We have been sending my 5 year old to Atlantis for 3 years and my 2 year old for 3 terms now. Staff are always highly professional, compassionate and experienced. Immense thought is always put into placements, and we have really appreciated the time and energy that has gone into supporting our kids who have often been teary when in the pool. Cannot recommend this swim school more.

Our now 3 year old has been going here since 8 months on & off & he loves the place.We loved the baby classes from 0-2 getting in with him and having a play with the duckies and little toys and singing the scarecrow and other songs.Helen is a great instructor and my son loved his time with her.We now are in the older class where they are solo with the teacher and he’s like a fish jumps straight in and is learning very quick and getting very confident. He loves his new teacher and talks about swimming all week till we return.Reason I gave 4/5 is cause there have been a few issues with catchup classes and enrolling is a nightmare cause the place is so popular & Parking is a nightmare a lot of the sessions so you have to get there really early & be in the very first class of the day if you don’t want to park down the road or have to wait half hour for a spot.Great school for little kids but small when they are over 4-5 I think as it’s only the 2 little pools but great for babies & preschoolers.

From the moment we entered the water, instructor Helen was rude and downright aggressive for the bubs class. We let it pass and started the lesson. For the 10 minutes we were there, she was unapproachable, aggressive and just arrogant. My son was screaming and crying and she even man-held him to complete an activity when he wasn’t ready. It was his first ever swimming lesson. NEVER AGAIN. I simply told my husband to pull him out and go home. The manager on call was amazing and professional. She offered us a full refund. If I could give a less star I would because of that instructor. Try and avoid her classes at all cost. He’s so traumatised, it will be a long time before we can even get him near lessons again thanks to one shocking instructor. A deeply saddened and disheartened mum!

A wonderful experience watching our granddaughter taking swim lessons. not our first visit but still a good time
