I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainer John is really awesome and helpful. Every week is a new challenge so it is never boring.

Have been diagnosed with a chronic pain condition and was referred to speedfit. Trainers here have been amazing at helping my body get back on track and as a bonus have lost 3kg not even a month in !!! Definitely recommend getting on board with this.

Very friendly and welcoming. Due to my large size, (I was concerned about feeling uncomfortable) but my instructor made me feel comfortable, and reassuring. I'm actually doing things I haven't done in years.. highly recommend this for anyone..

My son and I are both going there and we are enjoying it . Who knew a work out could be so fast . I'm always surprised when it's over. Our trainer is great and always encouraging. Workouts have been different each week as something different is added in our programme. Look forward to each week.

Went there few times and i ve done for few trainings. I am trained with few different trainers and they are all very nice. Happy to do exercise in there.
